Bharti Airtel on Tuesday announced the financial results for the second quarter ending September 2020. According to a report by Telecom Talk, the company’s 4G subscriber base has increased to 15.27 crore. The country’s giant Airtel said that in this quarter they have added 1.44 crore new users. With this, the company’s average revenue per user (ARPU) has also reached Rs 162. Airtel said that the ARPU of the company was just Rs 128 in the same period of last financial year.
Customers are using 16GB data every month
Bharti Airtel said that the company’s customers are using an average of 16 GB of data every month, which is the best in class. The company claims that they are providing excellent network experience to customers through more than 2 lakh towers. If you talk about voice calling, according to the report, Airtel users have used 1005 minutes every month this quarter.

The company’s broadband and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) service has also grown by 7.3 per cent year-on-year. Airtel added 1.29 lakh new broadband users in the second quarter, taking the company’s total broadband subscribers to 25.8 lakh.

Apart from this, the company has added 5.49 lakh new direct-to-home (DTH) users, increasing the userbase of Airtel Digital TV from 1.68 crore to 1.74 crore. Apart from this, Airtel’s Wynk platform has recorded a figure of 5.93 crore monthly active users.
