According to the support page of WhatsApp, after updating the app, users will see the CART button while browsing the catalog. While browsing in the Business Catalog, users will see the option to add to cart and message business. Here users can add their favorite product to the cart by selecting it. After this, if the user visits the product that was added to the cart again, then they will get the option of View Cart instead of Add to Cart.

To view the cart, users can tap on the view cart or cart button. The cart button is on the top right in the catalog. After the completion of the process of adding the product, the user can send the entire list to the seller in one message.

If the user has any confusion about the selected product, he can edit it and send the inquiry message to the seller along with the added items.
