The three-day day-night practice match played at the Sydney Cricket Ground (ACCG) between India and Australia-A ended the draw on the final day. India had given Australia-A a target of 473 runs and seemed to be able to get the win but Jack Wildermuth’s unbeaten 111 and Ben McDermott’s unbeaten 107 notched up Indian hopes.

Australia-A lost their three wickets for 25 runs after playing their second innings on Sunday on the third day. Marcus Harris (5), Joe Burns (1) and Nick Madison (14) all return to the Pavilion. Ben then scored the innings with Alex Carrie (58). Carrie, however, was dismissed for a total of 142 runs.
