All-rounder Washington Sundar can make his Test debut in the fourth and final Test of the series to be held in Brisbane’s Gaba. The fourth and final match of the 4-Test series between India and Australia is to be held in Brisbane. The series is currently 1–1 on par after three matches. In this way, the team that wins the Brisbane Test match will also be named as the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
Many players of the Indian team are injured and in such a situation everyone is eyeing the playing-XI. In such a situation, it is believed that Sundar can be given a chance in place of Ravindra Jadeja, who was out of the fourth Test due to injury.

Ravichandran Ashwin, who played a key role in drawing the third Test match of the series played in Sydney, can also play in Brisbane. Along with him, Sundar can be another spinner who is also capable of batting if given a chance.
Having played one ODI and 26 T20 Internationals for India so far, Sundar represents Tamil Nadu in domestic cricket. Sundar has scored 532 runs in First Class cricket as well as taking 30 wickets in 12 matches.

21-year-old Washington Sundar also played in the T20 series against Australia. After the limited overs series, he stayed with the Indian team as a net bowler in Australia. In the absence of Jadeja, Sundar can balance the line-up of Team India.
