Former captain Michael Vaughan praised all-rounder Ben Stokes for playing a century on the second day of the second Test against the West Indies. Vaughan said that there is nothing that this all-rounder cannot do. Stokes scored his 10th Test century of his career against the West Indies at Old Trafford ground in Manchester.
Stokes scored 176 runs off 356 balls. He also formed a 260-run partnership with Dom Sibley and has taken England into a strong position.
Vaughan wrote on Twitter on Saturday, “England's best player, England's best fielder and England's most effective bowler at the moment.” Once again Stokes performed brilliantly for England, he is awesome .. there is nothing he cannot do. '
With this century, Stokes became the fifth all-rounder in the world to score 10 or more centuries and take 150 or more wickets.
