Cheap phones have arrived! Nokia G10 and Nokia C01 Plus launched with HD+ display, see price and features

Nokia on Monday launched two new smartphones Nokia G10 and Nokia C01 Plus in the Indian market. The Nokia G10 is a budget smartphone that comes with MediaTek’s Helio G25 SoC, while the Nokia C01 Plus is an entry-level Android Go smartphone equipped with a UNISOC SoC.

Nokia G10: Price, Features and Availability

  • The Nokia G10 comes with a 6.5-inch water-drop notch display with HD+ resolution. It comes in a polycarbonate shell and houses a circular rear camera module. It has a triple rear camera system with 13MP primary lens, 2MP macro sensor and 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there is an 8MP single camera lens for selfies.
  • Under the hood, the smartphone is equipped with MediaTek Helio G25 chipset, paired with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 internal storage. It has a microSD card slot for additional storage of up to 512GB.
  • The dual-SIM smartphone supports 4G VoLTE and has Bluetooth v5. It houses a 5050mAh battery and has 10W charging support. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack for audio and a USB Type-C port for charging. The smartphone runs on Android 11 out of the box and comes pre-loaded with some Nokia apps.
  • The Nokia G10 is priced at Rs 12,149 for the sole 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant and comes in two colors – Night and Dusk. It is already available for sale on the official website of Nokia India.

Nokia C01 Plus: Price, Features and Availability

  • The Nokia C01 Plus comes with a basic design that houses a compact 5.45-inch HD+ display. It has a modern aspect ratio, but it still gets thick bezels at the top and bottom. It has a single 5MP camera at the front and a 5MP rear camera with LED flash.
  • It is equipped with UNISOC SC9863A octa-core chipset paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB eMMC 5.1 internal storage. It has up to 128GB of storage, which can be expanded with a microSD card. It has a 3,000mAh non-removable battery. The smartphone runs on Android 11 and supports dual SIM with 4G connectivity. Like the Nokia G10, the C01 Plus also packs a 3.5mm headphone jack for audio. Talking about charging, it comes with a micro USB port.
  • The Nokia C01 Plus is priced at Rs 5,999 and comes in Purple and Blue color variants. It is currently available in both offline and online markets across India.
