Ravi Shastri, the current head coach of the Indian cricket team, performed the first dose of the Covid-19vaccine on Monday. He gave this information by sharing a picture of himself on social media.
Shastri is currently with Team India in Ahmadabad where he got vaccinated at the hospital. Shastri said that he administered the first dose of the vaccine as a protection against the corona virus.

Shastri, 58, wrote, ‘The first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine was administered. Thanks to medical professionals and scientists for empowering India against this epidemic. ‘
He wrote that he was impressed by the professional attitude of Kantaben and his team at the Apollo Hospital in Ahmedabad in dealing with COVID-19 vaccination.
