The investigation into the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and the drug case is linked to it, which passes every day. The Narcotics Control Bureau raided the Versova residence of Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash on Tuesday (October 27), after questioning several B-Town A listers including Deepika Padukone and Sara Ali Khan earlier this month. As per reports, the NCB recovered 1.7 grams of charas and at least 2 bottles of CBD oil during the raid, after which Karisma Prakash was called for investigation today. “Karisma Prakash (manager of Deepika Padukone) has been called for investigation tomorrow,” news agency ANI quoted Sameer Wankhede, zonal director of NCB Mumbai on Tuesday.
As per the latest development, despite summons by NCB, Prakash did not report to the office today nor gave any reason for his absence. Sources aware of the development said that after waiting for a day or two, NCB will now call Prakash again.
Karishma’s name in the case surfaced during an interrogation of a paddlers in connection with the Bollywood-drugs Rexus.

Her residence was raided by NCB officials upon receiving specific input. According to reports, Karisma was not present at her residence during the raid.
Prakash was earlier questioned by the NCB in connection with the FIR registered in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case.
