ENG vs IND: Arrived in Chennai for Test series against India, which will pass for 7 days in root and company, bio bubble

The Joe Root-led England team arrived in India on Wednesday to play a 4-match Test series against India. All English players will live in the bio bubble in Chennai and follow strict protocols. Let us know that England star all-rounder Ben Stokes had already reached Chennai for the Test series. The team’s practice session for the series starting on February 5 will begin on February 2.

Stokes, who made England the World Champion (2019 ODI World Cup) arrived with players who were not part of the team in the Sri Lanka series. England defeated Sri Lanka by 6 wickets in the second Test to seal the two-match series 2–0.

Players from both teams will go on a seven-day quarantine after reaching Chennai to enter the bio bubble. Both teams have been accommodated in the same hotel, which is near Chepak Stadium.
