Anderson and Wood were rested in that match. Archer, Anderson and Wood, however, will have to compete with Stuart Broad, Chris Woakes and Sam Karan to make it to England's XI. It will be interesting to see which England bowling with a fast bowling attack in the third Test match as Broad, Karan and Woakes played a key role in the victory by doing well in the second match.
England however have not made any changes in the batting line up. In-form wicketkeeper batsman Jose Butler has been given another chance in this way. The series is now 1-1 on par. The West Indies won the first Test match at Southampton by four wickets, while England won the second match at Old Trafford by 113 runs.
The 14-member England squad for the third Test is as follows: Joe Root (captain), James Anderson, Joffra Archer, Dominic Bess, Stuart Broad, Rory Burns, Jose Butler, Jock Crawley, Sam Karan, Ollie Pope, Dom Sibley, Ben Stokes, Chris Woakes and Mark Wood.
