A video during the second T20 of the series played in Sydney between India and Australia went viral on social media, showing fans’ love for Dhoni.
This video shows how some fans brought a ‘Miss You MS Dhoni’ placard in their hands during the match in Sydney. He was telling how much he is missing Dhoni. However, the thing that is becoming most viral is Captain Virat Kohli’s reply on this. In this viral video, it is being told that Kohli also told in gestures that he too is missing his former captain. Kohli said ‘me too’ in the gestures. That is, he is also missing Dhoni.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni announced international cricket retirement on August 15. However, in the blue jersey of the team, he played against New Zealand in the World Cup semi-finals in July 2019. After Dhoni’s retirement, Kohli had expressed respect for his former captain in a special video. Dhoni however played in the IPL for Chennai Super Kings after that where his team did not perform as expected. Chennai could not qualify for the playoffs for the first time in the history of IPL.
On the other hand, India has taken a 2-0 lead in the T20 series. India, however, suffered a 1-2 defeat in the ODI series. But after losing the first two ODIs, India have won three consecutive matches on the tour. The Indian team would like to wipe out Australia in this shortest format by winning the last match of the T20 series on Tuesday.
