Farmers protest: Sunny Deol enacts new farm laws, secures Y-class security

Now, as per the latest reports, actor and BJP’s Punjab MP Sunny Deol has been granted Y-class protection over his remarks supporting the government in the new agricultural laws.

According to a report by IANS, it states that the Central Government has provided 11 personnel, two commandos to Y-class security to Sunny Deol.

Sunny Deol defended his party saying that he stands with the farmers and his party will always think about their welfare. Deol said on his official Twitter account, “I request the whole world that this is a matter between our farmers and the government. Do not come between them, as both will find a way after discussion. I know that many people want to take advantage of the situation and are causing problems. They are not thinking about farmers. They may have their own agenda. “

Sunny Deol is the eldest son of veteran actor Dharmendra. He made his debut in the Hindi film industry with the 1983 romantic film ‘Betab’ with Amrita Singh. He then acted in many successful films including ‘Tridev’, ‘Ghayal’, ‘Damini’, ‘Lootere’, ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’. He received the National Film Award for his performance as a lawyer in the film ‘Damini’.
