China's smartphone maker Xiaomi has partnered with online content player Disney + Hotstar. Under this, Mi TV users will be able to watch the Bollywood movie two hours before the release. The company said in its press note that the multiplex banner feature has started from 31 July. This feature will give Me TV users access to Bollywood films two hours before the official release (7.30 PM) (5.30 PM).
Xiaomi said that as part of the partnership, Mi Tv-Patchwall users will be given first-day, first-access. Under this, users can already watch big movies like Lootcase, Laxmi Bomb and Bhuj: The Pride of India released on the OTT platform. All these films will be featured on the patchwall of Mee TV's home screen, so that users can enjoy the movies easily. In this way, they are being specially provided with Early Access.
