Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar is celebrating his 48th birthday today (24 April). On this special occasion, Sachin released a video informing himself of recovering from Covid-19(COVID-19). Tendulkar thanked his well-wishers during this period.

In the video released by Sachin, the former captain of the Indian cricket team on his official Twitter handle, he looks weak and tired. His bear and hair appear to be enlarged.
Seeing this look of Tendulkar, a user on social media compared him to the late Argentinian footballer Diego Maradona. The user named Jattu wrote, “Look a little bit Maradona.” Another user said yes in this and said that yes I was thinking someone has seen this.
Tendulkar pledged to donate plasma
Tendulkar said in the video released on his Twitter handle, ‘I would like to give a message that the doctors have asked me to give. I inaugurated the plasma donation center and their message was, if plasma is given at the right time, the patient can recover quickly. I will personally donate it when I am qualified and I have spoken to my doctors. ‘

Tendulkar is congratulated by the veterans on his birthday. Born on 24 April 1973, Mumbai batsman Sachin has scored 100 international centuries. He has 49 ODIs and 51 centuries in Tests. He is the first cricketer to receive the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award. He is the only cricket to be awarded the Bharat Ratna. Sachin returned home from the hospital on April 8.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has also congratulated Sachin on his birthday. The BCCI shared a video of Sachin’s first double century in ODIs and congratulated him on his birthday. The BCCI wrote, ‘664 international matches, 34,357 international runs, 100 international centuries and 201 wickets. Happy birthday to the legendary cricketer. Let’s remember that special moment when Sachin became the first batsman to score a double century in ODIs.
