Team India’s star opener Rohit Sharma has mastered pull shots and easily smashes fours and sixes to his favorite shot. Rohit’s teammate and close friend Mumbai batsman Abhishek Nair has revealed his mastery in the pull shot.
In the book ‘The Hitman: The Rohit Sharma Story’, a book on the limited-overs vice-captain of the Indian team, Abhishek Nair describes how Rohit became adept at putting the pull shots. He said, ‘Tennis ball cricket is common on Mumbai grounds and you have to be the king of sixes. Rohit mastered the pull shot from the same period. Nothing can stop them from hooking or pulling short balls. He used to hit big sixes over sweeper covers and cover points which is not easy. Batsmen often hit sixes at mid-wicket.

The book has been written by famous cricket writers Vijay Lokpally and G. Krishnan, which reveal many untouched aspects of Rohit’s golden journey. Along with this, his fellow players, coaches and friends have also expressed their opinions about him in a flawless manner. This book, published from Bloomsbury, will be released on 18 November.
Rohit, who created history by recording the IPL title for the fifth time to Mumbai Indians, has once again won the iron of his charismatic captaincy. Rohit played a half-century in the final against Delhi Capitals, with a skilled captaincy to give Mumbai a five-wicket victory. He is also the most successful captain in IPL history with five titles.
