Mumbai: According to recent media reports, Hrithik Roshan has bought new apartments in Mumbai worth around Rs 100 crore to convert them into ‘mansion-in-air’. The apartments are on the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of a building on the Juhu-Versova Link Road. The deal was estimated to close at Rs 97.5 crore earlier this week.
As per the Mumbai Mirror report, the apartments will offer a spectacular and beautiful view of the Arabian Sea and span a combined 38,000 square feet. The roof spans 6500 square feet, and the family will have access to about 10 parking spots.
The report cited property documents and detailed spending for grand properties. Hrithik is said to have paid Rs 67.5 crore for the duplex, which is spread over 27534 square feet. He then paid Rs 30 crore for the 14th floor apartment, which is spread over 11165 square feet.
Meanwhile, it was revealed that the Roshan family had rented an apartment in Juhu in June 2020, and is paying Rs 8.25 lakh per month.
Hrithik has shared photos of his current residence on social media several times, capturing beautiful views from his sea-facing house that spans nearly 3,000 feet feet.
