Team India’s middle order batsman Shreyas Iyer T20 Series Against England has reached Ahmedabad for the upcoming 5-match T20 series against England. Shreyas shared a video on his social media account on Thursday in which he is seen practicing on the ground along with other players.

India and England teams are currently playing the fourth and final Test match of the 4-match series. After the Test series, the T20 series will start between the two teams from March 12. Shreyas is not part of the Test team. He has recently arrived in Ahmedabad.

The video that Shreyas shared on his official Twitter handle captioned the caption, ‘Routine.’ In this, Shreyas is seen playing football with a cricket-shaped pink ball along with other teammates of Team India. In the video, he can also be seen practicing fielding with a white ball. Sometimes he is catching catches and sometimes throwing.

Shikhar Dhawan shared the video
Team India’s opener Shikhar Dhawan uploaded a photo on social media on Tuesday in which he was seen standing with Shreyas Iyer. Both have been included in Team India for the T20 series against England.

Last series played on Australia tour
Shreyas and Dhawan are returning to Team India after almost 3 months. Earlier, both of these players had appeared in the limited overs series in Australia in November December 2020 on the tour of Australia in Team India. The T20s will be played at the newly opened Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, where the last two Tests of the 4-match series were held.
