IPL 2020: Mohammad Siraj made two maiden overs and 3 wickets against KKR, created history

Abu DhabiSwing bowler (8/3) to Katilana bowling (RCB) stopped the Indian Premier League (IPL) (KKR) for 84 for 8 wickets on Wednesday. Siraj took three wickets for eight runs in four overs. His bowling analysis at one time was two overs, two maidens, three wickets. He was well supported by leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal (two for 15) and off-spinner Washington Sundar (one for 14). In the match Siraj sent Rahul Tripathi and Nitish Rana to the pavilion in the second over, while in his next over, Tom Banton (10) was caught by wicketkeeper AB de Villiers. Both these were over medals. With this, he became the first bowler in IPL history to score two maidens in a single match.

Four KKR batsmen reached double digits. For his part, captain Iason Morgan scored 30 runs. The second highest score after him was ninth batsman Lockie Ferguson (19 not out). This is the third occasion in the IPL, while the KKR team could not even reach triple digits. This is his second lowest score. He scored 67 against Mumbai Indians in 2008 in Mumbai.
