Wicket-keeper batsman Alex Carey has hit a big century in Australia’s domestic Big Bash League (bbl 2020) T20. The cricketer was released by the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Delhi Capitals a day earlier.

Carrie, the vice-captain of the Adelaide Strikers, scored 101 off 62 balls in the 46th match of the BBL against Brisbane Heat on Thursday. On the basis of Carrie’s century innings, the strikers scored 197 runs for 5 wickets. The most successful bowler from Brisbane Heatie was Marnus Labuschen who took 2 wickets for 20 runs in 2 overs.
