new Delhi: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut’s ongoing dispute with Shiv Sena has become a topic of discussion in the city. Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut openly threatened him and the ‘Panga’ star molested several words, accusing him of not coming back to Mumbai when he compared Mumbai to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. She announced her return to maximum city on social media and dared anyone to stop her.

Kangana reached Mumbai on 9 September amid protests from Shiv Sena workers at the airport. Hours before her arrival, a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) team demolished parts of her property in Pali Hill citing ‘illegal alterations’.
The ‘Manikarnika: Queen of Jhansi’ actress has now sought a compensation of Rs 2 crore from BMC for demolishing parts of her bungalow in Mumbai. For the uninhabited, the hill beauty had moved the Bombay High Court against the demolition drive of BMC on her property. The Bombay HC ordered a stay on the demolition last week.
Kangana Ranaut’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui specifically said while talking to ABP News that the ‘Queen’ actress had suffered a loss of Rs 2 crore. He also said that he will recover damages at any cost.
“Haven’t I ever seen this kind of action in my entire career. It is clear that it was conducted with a hidden purpose behind it all. Did the police officers of BMC, Bandra, have the ability to do so in Kovid’s time Is there anything else? ” Told ABP News.

According to a Times Now report, Kangana has now amended her petition before the High Court. It has demanded Rs 2 crore from the civic body as compensatory compensation.
The Bombay High Court will hear the matter next week.
Amidst all the hullbows, Kangana returned to her hometown on Monday (14 September). She shared a post on the official Twitter handle and said that she is leaving the city with a ‘heavy heart’.

Kangana visited his office on 10 September, a day after the BMC demolished parts of his property. She reportedly could not control her tears after inspecting her damaged bungalow. The ‘Gangster’ actress and her sister Rangoli Chandel met Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari at Raj Bhavan on 13 September.
Kangana said that she explained her point to His Excellency the Governor and he hopes that ‘justice will be done’.
