Krunal Pandya, who returned from UAE, was stopped at Mumbai airport, accused of bringing illegal gold and valuables

Indian cricketer Krunal Pandya was detained at Mumbai Airport on charges of bringing illegal gold from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). According to news agency ANI, the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (Directorate of Revenue Intelligence) was quoted as saying that Krunal was detained at Mumbai Airport. He is accused of bringing more gold and other valuables beyond the prescribed limit without giving any information.

According to ANI, Custom officials are currently questioning Krunal Pandya about this. They have been asked for paper of gold and other valuables. Let me tell you that Krunal has returned home by participating in the IPL-2020 played in the UAE till 10 November. Here, his team Mumbai Indians won the title for the 5th time to Delhi Capitals by 5 wickets.

Krunal is the elder brother of Hardik Pandya, a visiting Indian team member of Australia and a member of the Mumbai Indians team. In the UAE, both were playing on the same team. From there, Hardik left for a tour of Australia, while Krunal returned to India.

Talking about his performance in the season, he played 16 matches and scored 109 runs and took six wickets. Krunal joined Mumbai in 2016. He has been an important member of this team since then and has taken 40 wickets in addition to scoring 891 runs in 55 matches.
