But for customers who are struggling to recharge from Jio store or other retail stores, the company is providing recharge facility through UPI, ATM, SMS and call. This service of Reliance Jio has been made available by State Bank of India, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Citibank, DCB Bank, AUF Bank and Standard Chartered Bank at their ATMs. The company said that in order to recharge mobile, users have to select the recharge option in the ATM menu and enter the mobile number and ATM PIN. Then enter the recharge amount. After the confirmation of the recharge, the recharge amount will be automatically deducted from the user's bank account and the message of recharge will be displayed on the ATM screen.
