Lodh further claimed that her husband Sumit is the nephew of Mahesh Bhatt and also alleged that the Bhatt family has been trying to evict her from her house since the time she filed a divorce case against Sumit Sabharwal. She said that she made the video to protect her family.

Mahesh Bhatt’s daughter Pooja Bhatt revealed this from her social media post and revealed that Sumit Sabharwal is not Bhatt’s nephew and is the senior production head of Visvesh Films.

Recently, Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt filed a defamation suit against Luvina Lodh in the Bombay High Court claiming that Sumit Sabharwal has been an employee at her production company Vishesh Films for over 20 years. Sumit has identified himself as an employee of Bhatt and not a relative.

Now according to a report in Mumbai Mirror, ‘Sadak 2’ director’s sister Kumkum Sehgal and nephew Sahil Sehgal moved the ‘Bombay High Court’ and demanded a permanent injunction against Luvina Lodh. They also offer written apologies and Rs 90 lakh in damages.

Lodh’s lawyer told the publication that ‘the court has given him time till next week to file an answer in the case, without granting the interim relief sought by the plaintiff.’ The lawyer further said that they want to transfer the case to Dindoshi Civil Court.
