Malaika wrote in the video caption, ‘And being vegetarian, my healthy recipe. Thank you Twinkle Khanna for nominating me. So in my box there is Zucchini Noodle with Red Bell Paper Sauce – for this, peel the luffa and cut it into thin long pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Take 2 long, crushed garlic, celery, chopped paprika and cook it till it becomes soft. Now add luffa in it, add salt and cook for a minute. Serve with chopped lemon.
