Both search engine company Google and premian tech company Apple are working on a new feature, but first this feature can be given by Xiaomi. A new MIUI update is being provided in smartphones by Chinese company Xiaomi, in which many great features and better interfaces will be available to users. According to XDA Developers, a feature that can also be a part of it, is still not available in Google Pixel and Apple iPhone.
XDA developers tear down the latest beta build of the latest Xiaomi custom interface MIUI 12 and get new feature code. With the help of this feature available to Xiaomi users, the device can be operated by tapping on the rear panel of the phone. The latest report related to the new feature has been shared by the developers and it has been said that it is in active development. Xiaomi announced the new MIUI 12 in May and it will be rolled out to all users soon.

This is how the new feature will work
The new feature found is named 'Back Tap' and it will be found in the 'Button Shortcuts' section of the phone's settings. Users will be able to perform different actions by double tap and triple tap on the rear panel of the phone. For example, with the help of this feature, users will be able to take screenshots by double tap, then triple tap can open the camera. In this function, users will get options like turning on the flashlight to open a favorite app.

Getting new MIUI update
Apple is working like a back tap feature for iOS 14 and Google for the new Android 11. Details related to this feature have been revealed in the developer preview of Android 11. It is good news for Xiaomi users to get this feature before Android 11 and early this month, Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro have started getting stable updates of MIUI 12.
