IPL 2020 postponed due to Coronavirus is finally going to start in UAE from 19 September. Chennai Super Kings (CSK), a three-time champion and last season's runner-up in this tournament, wants to leave no stone unturned in preparing for the tournament. It is reported that team captain MS Dhoni (MS Dhoni) and his players will already reach the rest of the league teams in UAE. So that the players get accustomed to the atmosphere here.
According to a Gulf News report, Dhoni & Co. (Dhoni and his team) will land in the UAE in the second week of August, while the remaining 7 franchises of this league will enter here in the third week of August. CSK team management believes that their players have been at home for a long time due to the Covid-19 epidemic and they need some time to keep pace with cricket after such a long break.
The focus of this team will be on MS Dhoni. Dhoni has been away from the cricket field since World Cup 2019. He was to make a comeback with the start of the league in March and had also participated in the camp organized by CSK but had to postpone the league due to Kovid-19.
The start and final match dates of this league have been announced but the full schedule of the tournament has not come out yet. Nor does it know which of the two teams will start the first match. However, there are full expectations that this time the defending champion Mumbai Indians (MI) will start the league by clashing with the previous runner-up Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
Apart from Dhoni, the Chennai Super Kings team has star players like Suresh Raina, Ravindra Jadeja, Harbhajan Singh, Kedar Jadhav, Deepak Chahar, Piyush Chawla and Shardul Thakur.
