Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Alia recorded statement against actor in molestation case

Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliyah Siddiqui have been making headlines since the time they filed for divorce from the actor on 6 May and accused the actor and his family of some serious molestation. According to the latest reports, the displaced wife of Nawazuddin Siddiqui has lodged her statement on Sunday against Budhna police station on her complaint against the actor and his four family members.

A PTI report quoted SHO Kushalpal Singh, who gave information about the case, saying, “Alia came to Budhana police station from Mumbai and recorded her statement, which she alleged in the complaint.”

The SHO further said that Alia had lodged a complaint at a police station in Mumbai on 27 July. The FIR was then transferred to Budhana police station on the grounds that the crime incident came under their jurisdiction.

The officer highlighted some details of Alia’s statement and said, “She repeated the allegations of molesting a member of the family in 2012 by the actor’s brother Minhajuddin Siddiqui. He also alleged that he had written about his molestation incident. Let the in-laws know. They told me to shut up and settle the matter within the family. “

The news of their divorce has been making headlines ever since and on May 19, the ‘Sacred Games’ actor responded to their divorce notice. The actor had also sent a legal notice to his wife stating that the latter is embroiled in fraud, will and planned defamation. The notice states that the actor responded to Alia’s divorce notice on May 19 within 15 May.

Further, it is stated that the actor in his first notice had asked his wife not to make defamation remarks against him and also issued a written explanation on the allegations leveled against him and his family members.
