Neil Nitin Mukesh and his family members test positive for COVID-19, actor says ‘all your blessings are needed’

Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh took to social media to tell his fans that he and his family members have tested positive for COVID-19. The ‘Saaho’ star shared a post on his Twitter and Instagram handle requesting his followers to take the situation seriously. Neil reveals that he and his family members are watching the house quarantine and following everyone Necessary Protocol.

The ‘New York’ actor said that his family members tested positive for coronavirus despite taking precautionary measures and staying home. He thanked fans for his love and support in his post.

Despite Staying at home, including all necessary precautions, Unfortunately, my family members and I have tested positive for COVID-19. “We are following all necessary protocols and taking medicines,” Neil said in a statement.

“We thank all of you for your love and best wishes. Take care and be safe,” he said.

On the professional front, Neil last appeared in ‘Bypass Road’, which was released in November 2019. Ada Sharma also acted in the thriller drama.

The last few weeks have seen an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases. Many prominent Bollywood celebs including Akshay Kumar, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Ranbir Kapoor tested positive for COVID-19. The Maharashtra government has banned the shooting of all films, TV shows and advertisements till May 1, 7 am to prevent the spread of the virus.

Earlier in the day, Katrina Kaif shared a post on Instagram to inform her fans that she had tested negative for coronovirus. Her alleged boyfriend Vicky has also tested negative for the virus.
