Actor-producer Tusshar Kapoor says that there will be no Diwali at his place this year. The reason for this is his father, star performer Jeetendra, who was a close friend of actor Rishi Kapoor, who died earlier this year.
Tushar said, “Unlike every year, there will be no big Diwali at our residence due to the tragic demise of our dear family friend, Rishi Kapoorji and of course the epidemic.”
Rather, the festival of lights for campers is to spend time with family this year.
Tushar said, “It’s just a celebration and celebration with the family. I was quite busy with our film ‘Lakshmi’ released yesterday. My son is also on vacation, so I’m spending a lot of time with him.”
“This Diwali is a really happy Diwali, but with a difference where minimalism will take precedence. However, the excitement will be kept alive as we spend it at home with our family,” he said.
