Note: Ranveer Singh greeted fans by climbing in his car, shaking hands to wash them, to keep COVID-19 at bay

new Delhi: Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has managed to impress audiences with his power-packed performances in films like ‘Padmavat’, and Gully Boy ‘and era Lootera’. The ‘Simma’ star, who enjoys a critical fan following, is known to be a livewire. The 35-year-old actor recently blindfolded while climbing on top of his car to greet his fans in Mumbai. A video of Ranveer is going viral on social media in which the actor may be addressing his fans and asking them to wash their hands to keep COVID-19 at bay.

The ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ actor was surrounded by many fans, who could not control his excitement by seeing his favorite celebrity. The fan captured the moment on his cell phone, while Ranveer was busy blowing kisses and asking them to maintain hygiene amid the Coronavirus crisis. He sported a gray hoodie and shorts and wore a mask as a precautionary measure against the virus. A popular paparazzo shared the clip on his Instagram handle. Check it out!

On the professional front, Ranveer Singh will next be seen in Kabir Khan’s ’83’. A sports drama was performed to hit the silver screen on April 10, 2020; However, the manufacturers decided to postpone the release date due to the COVID-19 epidemic. It was also anticipated that the much-awaited film would be released during Christmas 2020. Talking to Bangalore Mirror, a source from the production house has confirmed that ’83’ will now be released next year.

The flick, which is based on India’s 1983 Cricket World Cup victory, also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani and Sakshi Salim. Interestingly, Ranveer is playing the role of former captain of the Indian cricket team Kapil Dev, while Deepika Padukone will appear as his on-screen wife.

Ranveer has reportedly started shooting for ‘Jayeshbhai Jordner’, in which he will play the role of a Gujarati man. He also has Rohit Shetty’s ‘Sirkas’ in the pipeline. The upcoming film to be directed by Rohit Shetty also stars Jacqueline Fernandez.
