The first device of the Nord series was launched by premium smartphone brand OnePlus last week. On Wednesday, another device of the same series is shown in OxygenOS build with Snapdragon 690 chipset. However, a report has revealed that OnePlus Nord users are getting a display tint on reducing the brightness.
OnePlus 8 Pro, the flagship device launched by the company this year, also showed such a lack of display before. On reducing the brightness level, users were facing problems like black crush and display tint in this phone too. Many OnePlus Nord users mentioned the flaws in their phones in the OnePlus community.

No effect on daily usage
Most users are facing the problem of seeing the display tint in the phone only when the brightness level of the display is less than 25 percent. 9to5Google also saw such a problem in their review unit. When asked about this by the company from the publication, OnePlus said it was completely normal, considering it not to have any drawback. OnePlus said that this will not affect users' daily usage.

OnePlus 8 Pro update
OnePlus said, “Light discoloration is visible on the phone screen due to the AMOLED display.” The company said, “This is not a quality issue and it will not affect the daily usage or the strength of the screen.” Let me tell you, the company had fixed this problem by giving an update to OnePlus 8 Pro and reduced the low-brightness level.
Plastic frame instead of metal
The new OnePlus Nord can also be given a similar update, after which users will not be able to reduce the brightness by 25 percent. The company has brought a Nord with strong features and balanced performance at affordable prices but the reviewers are not happy with its quad camera setup. Also, its frame is also given plastic instead of metal.
