Shiny Hunters Hacking Group is claiming this data hack. The Shiny Hunters Hacking Group has leaked a 14 GB database containing 77,159,696 nitro records along with information related to users’ email addresses, full names, Bcrypt hashed passwords, company names, IP addresses and other systems. It has now become clear in the last few months that customer information could have been affected due to the data breach of October last year. A database containing information related to 70 million Nitro PDF users records with 1 TB documents was sold.

The hacker, claiming to be part of ShinyHunters, is now offering to download the Nitro database to a well-known hacking forum, demanding just $ 3 for access. Records can be used to perform follow-up attacks by actors, including fishing campaigns or credential stuffing attacks. The ShinyHunters group went into disrepute last year after claiming responsibility for a much larger hack. It made the stolen data available online. Hackers also talked about giving the information for free after selling it to thousands of dollars.
If any Nitro users feel that their information is in danger through Shiny Hunters Hack, then they should change their password immediately. Also, if those credentials are shared with other service providers then they should also be changed.
