Redmi K40 will get Snapdragon 870 processor, phone shown in Geekbench listing

Users are quite excited about the Redmi K40 series. In a recent report it was said that only the devices with model numbers M2012K11AC and M2012K11C are Redmi K40 and K40 Pro. It has been confirmed about the K40 Pro that this phone will come with Snapdragon 888 processor. However, no firm information has yet been revealed about the K40’s processor.

8 GB RAM and strong processor
Some reports have claimed that the vanilla variant of the phone may come with the Snapdragon 870. At the same time, other reports have said that this phone will come with Dimensity 1100/1200 or any processor of the upcoming Snapdragon 7 series. Recently this phone has been spotted on the benchmarking website Geekbench. According to this listing, the phone has a Qualcomm processor of 1.80Hz with 8 GB RAM and Android 11 OS.

Qualcomm chip maximum speed 3.19GHz
According to the source code of Geekbench, the maximum speed of the Qualcomm chip given in the phone can be up to 3.19GHz. This shows that this phone will come with Snapdragon 870 processor. This phone has got 1016 marks in single-core test and 3332 in multi-core test.

According to the information so far, Redmi K40 will get Samsung AMOLED E4 display which will come with the center selfie camera cutout. The display size of the phone will be 6.6 inches and it will be Samsung’s AMOLED E4 display. The special thing about the display will be that it comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and full HD + resolution. To give power to the phone, it has a battery of 4,520mAh which supports 33 Watt fast charging.
