Roposo, the social media platform created in the country, is becoming quite popular after the ban on Chinese app TikTok. On Tuesday night, the Indian government banned 59 Chinese apps, including TicketLock. Roposo had been downloaded more than 48 million times since TicTalk was banned until Wednesday afternoon. The developers of the app have expressed hope that they are expected to get 1 crore new users in just 1 day. According to Google Play Store, this Indian app has been downloaded more than 50 million times so far.
After the development of Chinese Tittock, Likee, Bigo Live, Vigo Video and Helo Ban, downloads of apps developed in the country have increased rapidly. In addition to Roposo, downloads of Spark apps have also increased rapidly.
