May 23 is a special day for veteran Sachin Tendulkar and cricket lovers. On this day, Sachin played an unbeaten century against Kenya in the 1999 World Cup match. Then Sachin returned to the country for the last rites of his father Ramesh Tendulkar before this match.

In this match played in Bristol, India lost a huge score of 329 runs, losing 2 wickets in this match. After this, the Kenyan team could only score 235 runs for 7 wickets and India won by 94 runs. Sachin was adjudged Man of the Match who hit 16 fours and 3 sixes in his unbeaten innings of 101 balls. The legendary Rahul Dravid scored 104 not out with the help of 10 fours off 109 balls.
