Mumbai: Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan Sharma tested positive for COVID-19. Salman Khan himself shared this information with the media.
Salman Khan briefed the media about the release of his upcoming film ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ with his sister Arpita Khan Sharma and one of his cousins testing positive for Corona. The film is all set to release in theaters and OTT platforms on 13 May 2021.
Talking about his sister’s COVID-19 positive test, the ‘Radhey’ actor said that he used to listen to distant people to be positive. He further revealed that two of his drivers also tested positive last year, but this second wave of COVID-19 is more dangerous and has affected every other house.
Salman Khan’s sister, 31-year-old Arpita Khan, married Ayush Sharma in 2014. He shared an update on social media, where he revealed that he tested positive for COVID-19 in the month of April and was asymptomatic. Arpita further revealed that she is now fully recovered.
On a related note, another song from ‘Radhey: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ was released today. Soon after its release, the song started trending on micro-blogging site Twitter. Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the film.
Apart from Salman Khan, ‘Radhey’ also features Disha Patani and Jackie Shroff in lead roles. Randeep Hooda will appear in the lead role of Pratipakshi in this upcoming action thriller film directed by Prabhu Deva.
The film was first to hit the screens last year, but was delayed due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic.
