According to details shared by the company, the SmartThings Find app searches for lost Galaxy devices using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and ultra-wideband technology. After locating the device, this app allows the user to access the locked device via map and sound.

This Samsung app can work on Galaxy smartphones and tablets operating on Android 8 and later OS. It is also compatible with Galaxy Watches that work on Tizen 5.5 or later. Galaxy Buds Plus and Galaxy Buds Live have started receiving OS updates for this feature.
