Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt informed his fans on social media that he has recovered from cancer. The ‘Kalank’ actor announced his recovery on the 10th birthday of his children Iqra and Shahran and called it the ‘best gift’ he can give them. The 61-year-old thanked his fans for their ‘love, kindness and countless blessings’.

“The last few weeks were very difficult times for my family and me. But like they say, God gives his strongest soldiers the hardest fight. And today, on the occasion of my child’s birthday, I am happy to win it. Sanjay Said in a statement, fight and I am able to give them the best gift for the health and welfare of my family.
The ‘Panipat’ actor acknowledged his fans and thanked him for the love and support. He also thanked his family members and friends for providing rock solid support during difficult times.
“This would not be possible without the unwavering trust and support of all of you. I am grateful to my family, friends and all the fans who have stood by me and have been the source of my strength through this effort. Thank you. He said, “Love, caress and countless blessings you have sent for me.”
Dutt, undergoing treatment at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai, thanked the doctors. He thanked her for taking ‘good care’ of him over the last few weeks.
“I am particularly grateful to Dr. Sevanti and his team of doctors, nurses and medical staff at Kokilaben Hospital who took such good care of me over the past few weeks. Humble and grateful,” he continued.
In August 2020, Sanjay Dutt was diagnosed with lung cancer. Maneeta Dutt, wife of the ‘Khalnayak’ star, moved from Dubai to Mumbai after being admitted to Lilavati Hospital.
On the professional front, Sanjay Dutt will soon resume shooting for ‘KGF: Chapter 2’. The talented actor has several exciting projects in his kitty including ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’, ‘Shamshera’ and ‘Prithviraj’.
