Shahrukh Khan’s bid was going up, Tamil Nadu team’s enthusiasm was increasing

New Delhi
Tamil Nadu star cricketer Dinesh Karthik has posted a heart-winning video in which the Tamil Nadu team is celebrating Shah Rukh Khan’s first sale in the IPL auction. Shahrukh is a cricketer from Tamil Nadu. He is named after Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. After performing brilliantly in domestic cricket, he became part of Preity Zinta’s team Punjab Kings in the IPL auction held on Thursday 18 February.

Shahrukh did not find any buyer in the last auction. For Tamil Nadu, he featured in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Shah Rukh is a middle order batsman who is known for playing 30–40 innings at a rapid pace. Shah Rukh smashed a 19-ball 40 in the quarter-final of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. After this, he also showed his strength in the final against Baroda in the final.

Franchise teams vied to buy them at auction. The 25-year-old player had a base price of 2 million, but both the Punjab Kings and the Delhi Capitals wanted it to be their share. Finally the Punjab Kings added him to their team for Rs 5.25 crore.

The Tamil Nadu team celebrated Shah Rukh Khan’s first time in the IPL in a grand manner. Dinesh Karthik shared a video shortly after Shahrukh’s election, in which the Tamil Nadu team is celebrating Shah Rukh’s rising bid at the auction. This includes the entire team as well as captain Dinesh Karthik.

Some players are happily beating the roof of the bus, while others are beating the other seats. On the other hand, Shah Rukh is sitting on the front seat and smiling at the call of fellow players seeing his bid rising in the auction.
