‘Student of the Year 2’ actor Aditya Seal’s father died due to COVID-19: report

new Delhi: Bollywood actor Aditya Seal, who made his acting debut with Manisha Koirala with ‘Hot Ek Chhoti Love Story’, is saddened by the loss of his father. Aditya’s father, who was recently hospitalized after testing positive for COVID-19, died on Friday (18 September). According to a report in a leading daily, the ‘Student of the Year 2’ actor’s father tested positive for the novel Coronavirus earlier this month. He died on COVID-19 on Friday morning.

The report states that the talented actor has completed all the formalities and is giving solid support to the family after his father’s death.

“Ravi Chacha tested COVID19 positive on 6 September, and was admitted to a nursing home on 8 September. After that, he was transferred to a medical facility, specifically for COVID19 treatment in Andheri. However, Ravi Chacha passed away in the morning. One of Aditya’s friends said on September 18, which has devastated the entire family. Aditya has completed all the formalities, and is at home with the rest of his family.

Aditya shared a picture with his father on Father’s Day 2020.

On the professional front, Aditya will next be seen in ‘Indu Ki Jawani’ alongside Kiara Advani. The comedy drama was originally slated to hit the silver screen on June 5, 2020. The flick reportedly will premiere directly on a major OTT platform in the coming months. Makers has recently released the first song of the film ‘Hasina Pagal Deewani’. The peppy number has been viewed more than 18 million views on YouTube.
