new Delhi: ‘Fast and Furious’ is a series of action films, largely related to street racing, heist and spy. The first film of the series ‘The Fast and the Furious’ was released in 2001. Starring Rob Cohen, the film stars Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordan Brevster, Rick Une, Chad Lindberg, Johnny Strong and Ted Levine in the lead roles. Since then, 8 films have been made under this franchise.

Recently, a new teaser of the ninth part of the franchise was released online and director Justin Lin took to his Twitter and shared some behind-the-scenes footage of the filming. Sharing the video, Justin revealed that F9 had 8 months of preparation for the 4-second shot. He further stated that 4 days of production were involved while filming the shot.
Justin Lin tweeted, “A 4 second shot in # F9. 8 months of preparation. 4 days of production. Destroyed 3 cars. More than a hundred tasks of the most dedicated and talented crew. Best job in the world!”
The film was first released last year, but was delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic. It was also speculated that the F9 will be released on May 28, 2021 this year, but in a recent teaser, the release date has not yet been explicitly announced.
The film stars Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges, John Cena, Jordan Brewster, Nathalie Emanuel, Sung Kang, Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron. F9 is the sequel to the 2017 film ‘The Fate of the Furious’, which will be followed by the tenth installment.
