Protests have been taking place in Delhi every day for the last one month. Due to this, where the travel industry is incurring losses badly, the earnings of films released at the box office are also having a bad effect. Salman Khan starrer Dabangg 3, which was released recently, also had an impact on the earnings, after which Salman had to say that he was worried about the fans first and earned it after that.
Now these current conditions are affecting the films that are to be shot in Delhi. Significantly, this year many big films were to be shot in Delhi, including Tiger Shroff-Shraddha Kapoor starrer ‘Baaghi 3’. It is reported that due to the current situation, the Delhi schedule of shooting for ‘Baghi 3’ has been canceled. Currently Tiger and Shraddha are shooting the last schedule of the film in Jaipur with co-actors Ritesh Deshmukh and Ankita Lokhande.
According to sources, this last schedule was to be shot in Delhi, but in view of the violence in JNU, CAA-NRC protests, the filmmakers decided not to shoot here. Sources say that due to the current situation, not only ‘Baghi 3’, but also the shooting of many more short films have either been shifted or canceled. Some time ago Priyanka Chopra and Rajkumar Rao were also shooting in Delhi for a film.
