Trouble for Kangana Ranaut! Bandra court orders registration of FIR for hat ‘communal hatred’

In fresh trouble for Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel, an FIR has been lodged against the two for allegedly spreading ‘communal hatred’ through their tweets and interviews. Mumbai’s Bandra court has ordered an FIR against Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut. A petition was filed in the court, seeking registration of an FIR, describing Kangana’s tweet as inflammatory.

The complaint in this case was filed by two persons named Munnwar Ali and Sahil Ashraf Syed.

The complaint was lodged in the Bandra court by the casting director, saying that both ‘communal hatred’ and ‘dividing people into Hindus and Muslims’

Allegedly, the charges against Kangana Ranaut include treason and blasphemy. The FIR has been registered under various sections including 295A, 153A, 124 and 34 of IPC.

According to the reports, the petition filed in the court refers to several tweets by Kangana Ranaut, claiming that action is not being taken in Palghar Sadhu lynching case, Mumbai Police called ‘Babar Sena’ etc. . It also mentioned that Kangana Ranaut held Tablighi Jamaat responsible for spreading coronavirus in the country.

A few days ago, Karnataka Police filed an FIR against Kangana Ranaut for her tweet related to farmers after the Narendra Modi government passed the farm bill.

A court in Karnataka recently directed to register an FIR against actress Kangana Ranaut for her tweet on farmer protests. The order was given by Judicial Magistrate First Class Tumkur Vinod Balnik on the complaint of Advocate Ramesh Naik.

A complaint was filed under CRPC’s application U / sec 156 (3) for investigation. The office is here to issue information to the CPI of Kathasandhara PS (Police Station) along with photostat of the copy of the complaint to read the order.

The complainant has alleged that the tweet posted by Ranaut clearly aimed at injuring those who are opposing the farm bills. It is alleged by the complainant that the tweet incites the young minds of the society with the intention of promoting a culture of non-violence and a culture of non-violence. The complainant has also questioned the government for not taking action on it and said that the government was waiting for some dangerous consequences before taking appropriate action. It was argued by the complainant that if such material was allowed, the farmers of the country would suffer inconsistent and irreparable damage.
