Indian captain Virat Kohli is rocking in international cricket. He is scoring runs in every format. Especially in ODI international cricket his bat is speaking fiercely. The condition of Kohli’s form in ODIs is that he has come very close to the records of Sichin Tendulkar.
The International Cricket Council on Monday called Kohli’s achievements as the best ODI men’s cricket of the decade. The ICC tweeted, ‘Virat Kohli is the ICC male cricketer of the decade. He is the only cricketer to have scored more than 10,000 ODI runs, 39 centuries and 48 half-centuries, scoring an average of 61.83 and catching 112 catches.
In the video posted by the ICC, Virat also mentioned the three biggest achievements of his career. He said that winning the World Cup in 2011, winning the ICC Champions Trophy in 2013 and captaining the team in India’s first Test series win in Australia in 2018-19 are the three biggest achievements of his career.
Kohli has currently returned to India after taking a break from the Test series. He is on Paternity Leave. He returned to India after the first Test match of the series against Australia. Virat is going to be a father in January.
